Formed in 2009 by acclaimed visual artist Christina Dy, Polecats Manila is now considered to be the most prestigious pole dancing schools in the country. Located at the heart of Ortigas; their studio boasts of equipment of the highest standards that for safety and quality.
As teachers, the Polecats have undergone international workshops as well as pole certification classes to ensure that all their lessons are in line with IPDFA requirements.
As a group, the Polecats have performed in various dance events all over the country including WIFI Body at the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP) and Dance Express with the Contemporary Dance Network of the Philippines (CDNP).
All classes offered follow a standardized curriculum that combine the aerial art of pole dancing with various skills of jazz, classical ballet, gymnastics, and contemporary dance.
Their mission is to change how women view their bodies, and to promote a healthy, fit, active lifestyle without denying that yes, femininity is one of the best weapons women own. Regardless of shape, size and walk of life, EVERYONE can DEFY GRAVITY.
